Because it was a weekend, Starbucks and the parking lot were crowded. Starbucks had indoor and terrace seats. It was so relaxing and awesome. In addition, it is library which we want to go to. I liked the layout of the library. It's not a killing feeling, but a warm, non-government work atmosphere! The staff is also kind.

Takeo is a quiet, fairly non-descript city. However they should be proud of this place. It's a public library, run by Tsutaya (a large bookstore chain) with a Starbucks inside. The Starbucks itself is fairly average as far as Starbucks goes but the location is just fantastic. After ordering your drink you are free to either buy something to read or grab something from the library. I noticed there were a lot of people of all ages there either reading or studying, so it seems popular with the local crowd. The interior of the main hall is roomy and nicely designed, lots of wooden beams and glass is used to full effect.
